The Client is a leading engineering tools provider in Hyderabad & has various assets who in turn visits multiple dealers and retailers about 1500+on day to day basis, so requirement based instant stock checking and knowing the assets visit activity along with sales progress are the key aspects for their business development.
Business Need
As a leading engineering tools providing company they are one of the highest revenue generating industry with the sales executives on field. The executives on field are also plenty in number with 82 executives, so it has become difficult for the client to operate all the executives based on zones, also executives need to check the livestock details of the product and know the pending dues of the dealers. In order to know the selling nature based on zones, it is harder for the marketing heads to know the product availability in their stock. So the client requested a mobile app to monitor and manage their stock availability.

Sales Executives on field can also update client’s new requirement which facilitates to get information and be prepared to serve them their needs on-time.
