The Business Need
The client as a leading manufacturer & supplier of bath tubs, tube fittings & PVC pipes, has the highest revenue generating business in the construction industry. The number of Sales Executives on field is also large, numbering to more than 100, based on zones, which has made it difficult for the client to manage the on-field sales force without productive sales force management app.
The existing employee monitoring solution is not supportive to handle the large numbers of schedule and location related data generated.
